(serves 1)1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 small frozen banana
3/4 cup of spinach
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds or hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
dash of cinnamon
a pinch of Celtic sea salt
